Meet the Team

All EDC coaches are fully qualified, they are all members of the Association for Coaching and they receive regular supervision. They have all worked for many years at senior levels across a range of disciplines in private and public sector organisations.

We go to great lengths to match each client to the most appropriate coach and we employ formal feedback mechanisms to ensure that the relationship is a success.

Dr Peter Grey - EDC

Dr Peter Grey (Founder)

Sadly our founding Partner, Dr Peter Grey, passed away in August 2020.

Peter has always been the ‘guiding light’ for edc, providing expert insight and direction, as well as inspirational guidance to both clients, partners and employees.

Peter founded edc some 30 years ago bringing extensive experience in corporate life having held Board level positions with major corporations in the UK, USA and mainland Europe.

In a ‘ground-breaking way’ Peter was one of the first to identify the need for Senior Executive support, funded by organisations in support of strategic direction and increased operational effectiveness. He was tireless in his commitment to coaching and organisation development and was extremely successful in creating an offer and process that was highly valued by edc clients.

During Peter’s career, he delivered 20,000 hours of coaching at Board level and near Board level Executives, top teams and 'next generation leaders' in the private and public sectors including spending 9 years on the NHS Board Level coaching panel.

We miss him sorely and are grateful for the legacy.
